The Natural History Exhibit

Housed in the basement, the Natural History exhibit includes gemstones and minerals of the Vicenza province, paleontological findings from the same area, and an exceptional collection of Italian and International fossil crustaceans.

• Room 1: Gemstones from Vicenza Province
• Room 2: Minerals from Vicenza Province
• Room 3: fossil crustaceans from around the world
• Corridor room: Italian fossil crustaceans and ”G. Meneguzzo” showcase
• Room 4: fossil Crustaceans from Veneto
• Room 5: the Geology of Agno and Chiampo
• Room 6: Monte Nero

The archaeology exhibit

The archaeology exhibit, is housed in five rooms on the ground floor. The items exposed date back from the Neolithic to the Lombards. Most of them are local findings.

• Room B: Iron Age
• Room C: The Celts in Montebello Vicentino and the Romanization
• Room D: Roman Age
• Room E: The Lombards
• Room F: The Roman Necropolis of Alte Ceccato
